Platter/Food Prep Associate - Grapevine

Responsibilities:

• Maintain working knowledge of food items, guest service and production processes
• Efficiently process and complete needed steps for food and platter preparation
• Follow, produce and store foods listed on the prep sheet by recipe or design
• Work with equipment in a safe manner following required equipment operation
• Maintain all food storage in an organized fashion
• Follow specific procedures and recipes
• Maintain self pride and passion of food, service and high standards
• Honor customers by providing quick, friendly and personal service
• Respond appropriately to customer questions and concerns.
• Ensure work station and product displays are stocked, clean, tidy and well presented
• Work cooperatively with other associates.
• Maintain high quality work and safety standards.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in same or similar position
• Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus
• Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude
• Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations
• Meet all required attendance guidelines of the position
• Speak, read and understand English and speak distinctly to others
