Padel Pals is the East Valley’s premier indoor padel facility, offering high‑quality courts, coaching, events, and a vibrant social atmosphere. Our club is designed to bring people together on and off the court with coworking areas, snacks, beverages, and community events.

We’re looking for a Player Experience Host who can deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment players walk in. This role blends hospitality, customer service, and light bartending. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, check them in, and assist with court reservations.
• Ensure every visitor has a smooth, friendly, and memorable experience.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages at the bar.
• Keep the bar and front‑desk areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Share information about club events, tournaments, and promotions.
• Handle payments, member accounts, and POS transactions accurately.
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties and event setup.
• Help maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Create a warm, social environment that reflects the Padel Pals community.

Required

· Active Title IV certification

· Must be physically active and able to run continuously for up to one hour

Optional

• Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $15.15 - $16.00 per hour
