Player Scout

Job Overview
Welcome to The League Of Sportz, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Player Scouts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in players and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with players, teams and ensuring a positive player experience. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in future draft targets, tryouts and the overall success of the team.

Commissions: $5 - $1k

Duties

• Engage with players to understand their needs and provide tailored team recommendations.
• Conduct interviews to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Utilize math skills to assist in team inventory management and scouting report. Maintain knowledge of teams players, needed players, and practice players to effectively assist team needs.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with players and team members.
• Experience with player interviews to highlight key features to potential players.
• Proficiency in handling player transactions accurately.
• Supervisory skills to oversee team management and ensure efficient team operations.
• Excellent player customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and enhancing players satisfaction.
• Familiarity with simple math concepts for effective team inventory (player) management and Scouting report.
• Previous experience in a scouting environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic math skills for recruiting processes and team roster inventory calculations.
