About the position.

We are looking for program instructor to teach and lead our programs to enhance our membership experience, and work events as needed. The more programs a candidate will be able to cover, the stronger that candidate will be.

Intended classes include but are not limited to; STEM, Dance, Music, Arts and Crafts.

This is a part-time position offering between 2-12 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities

• Engaging with children and families to create positive and meaningful experiences
• Work hands-on with children between the ages of 2-6
• Create classes comprehensive lesson plans for children
• Engage and develop positive relationships with parents
• Create a warm and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Support children’s social-emotional growth by fostering patience, teamwork, and confidence.
• Communicate with the General Manager about program needs and supplies
• Experience working with children ages 2-6 (teaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp, or similar).
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to occasionally work parties and events on weekends
• Check staff in through our Roller software system
• Clean and organize as needed
• College or graduate students studying related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
