Job Description
We are looking for a foreign English teacher teammate for our playgroup in Florya.
LUMİ is a developmental play and activity centre that embraces a play-based learning approach across all age groups. Our aim is to create a creative, safe, and enriching environment where children explore and learn through experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead English-focused activities, workshops, and group sessions with children all aged.
- Prepare lesson plans and contribute actively to the development of educational materials.
- Support children’s social-emotional development and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents in a professional and trust-based manner.
- Collaborate with the team in alignment with LUMİ’s pedagogical approach.

Required Skills
Qualifications
- Strong command of English and able to communicate with children naturally.
- Proficient in Turkish for guidance and parent communication when needed.
- Preferably experienced in working with early childhood age groups.
- Skilled in planning activities and preparing materials.
- Positive, energetic, cheerful, and strong interpersonal skills with children.
- Open to learning, responsible, and a good team player.
