Position: *PLC CUM Automation Engineer*

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE – Electrical / Instrumentation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service PLC Programmer (All Rounder) who can independently handle machine breakdowns, PLC troubleshooting, commissioning, and client support. The candidate should have strong field experience in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

Machine breakdown troubleshooting (PLC + Electrical)

Online PLC program monitoring & modification

HMI & SCADA fault diagnosis

Servo Drive & VFD parameter setting

Electrical panel fault finding

Machine commissioning & site installation

Client handling & service report preparation

Program backup & documentation

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi PLC

HMI configuration & communication troubleshooting

Servo drives & VFD hands-on experience

Electrical drawing reading

Sensor, encoder & actuator troubleshooting

Ready for site visits & emergency breakdown calls
