PLC Programmer (Siemens / Allen-Bradley) – Industrial Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer (Siemens / Allen-Bradley) to join our growing automation engineering team. If you enjoy designing, programming, and optimizing industrial control systems that power real-world production lines, this role is for you.

You will work on cutting-edge automation projects involving PLCs, SCADA systems, robotics integration, and industrial control systems across manufacturing and process industries.

This is a hands-on engineering role where your work directly impacts efficiency, productivity, and innovation in industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix / Studio 5000)
• Develop and maintain HMI and SCADA systems
• Support commissioning of automation systems on-site and remotely
• Perform system integration with sensors, drives, and industrial equipment
• Diagnose and resolve automation and control system issues
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams
• Support preventive maintenance and system optimization

Requirements

• Experience in PLC programming (Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley)
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems and protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control diagrams
• Experience in HMI/SCADA development
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel for site commissioning (if required)
• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if experienced)
