Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise installation and troubleshooting
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble plumbing components
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system setup on construction sites
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation activities
• Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems in existing structures or new builds
• Follow safety protocols rigorously while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including pipe fitting, welding, and system installation on commercial or industrial sites
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and basic math for measurements and calculations
• Experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs
• Knowledge of safety standards related to construction plumbing and site operations
