Weirs GMC is seeking an experienced Fisher Plow Installer / Technician to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced dealership environment, especially during our busy pre-season and winter months.

What You’ll Do

• Install Fisher snow plows and spreaders on a variety of trucks and commercial vehicles
• Perform electrical wiring, hydraulic system setup, and system testing
• Diagnose and repair plow systems (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical)
• Complete pre-season setups and in-season repairs efficiently
• Work closely with service advisors and parts department to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow dealership processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience installing Fisher plows (or similar brands like Western/Boss)
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Ability to read install guides and wiring schematics
• Welding/fabrication experience (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work extended hours during peak season (Oct–Jan)
