What You Ll Do
- Provide production support for utility clients
- Debug issues, analyze logs, and ensure smooth system operations
- Work with SQL and PL/SQL to maintain and enhance applications
- Collaborate on system integrations, APIs, and data flows

Manage tickets and incidents using JIRA
- Strong hands on experience with SQL/PLSQL
- Basic knowledge of Shell scripting or Java (a plus)
- Experience with debugging and log analysis
- Clear communication skills, especially during high severity incidents
- Analytical mindset and ability to thrive under pressure

Team player with strong stakeholder management
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Exposure to monitoring tools, automation, or cloud platforms
