Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in the housing society. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper water supply, sanitation, and drainage systems for residential units and communal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
• Inspect plumbing systems regularly to identify and resolve issues such as leaks, blockages, or pressure problems.
• Handle residents’ complaints regarding plumbing and resolve them efficiently.
• Install and repair bathroom/kitchen fittings (taps, sinks, commodes, showers, geysers, etc.).
• Maintain and repair underground pipelines, water tanks, and pumping systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of sewage and drainage systems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards during all plumbing work.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a plumber (housing societies or residential projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Skilled in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
