Plumber

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, etc.)
• Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using pressure gauges or other tools.
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings using hand and power tools.
• Install and maintain HVAC-related piping systems (if required).
• Work with materials such as copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and cast iron.
• Coordinate with other construction professionals such as electricians and HVAC technicians.
• Comply with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain records of time, materials, and work performed.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and conduct repairs as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
