Plumber

Job Responsibilities for a Plumber:

• Install plumbing systems: Install pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment in new construction projects.
• Inspect and maintain systems: Regularly inspect and maintain existing plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Repair leaks and blockages: Identify and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
• Test systems: Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and other issues to ensure they meet safety standards.
• Follow safety regulations: Adhere to local and provincial safety regulations and standards.
• Communicate with clients: Provide clear communication with clients to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips.
• Maintain records: Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other tradespeople and contractors on construction projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in plumbing.
• Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, knowledge of building codes, and familiarity with plumbing materials.
• Customer service: Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Physical fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in tight spaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
