Plumber

Requirements:

• Mechanical diploma or equivalent Certificate
• Technical experience in plumbing
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures
• Minimum of five years experience in similar role
• Hotel line experience will be preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain washrooms, kitchens, and water systems in the corporate building
• Fix leakages, blockages, and water pressure issues
• Maintain water tanks, filters, and drainage systems
• Coordinate with electricians and HVAC technicians for integrated maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergency repair calls promptly
• Maintain plumbing inventory and report material requirements

Typical Work Schedule & Conditions

• Usually full-time (8-hour shifts)
• On-call availability for urgent maintenance
• Work environment: indoor corporate building
