About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join the Facilities Management and Building Services team on a temporary basis. Working within a busy estates environment, you will carry out a wide range of plumbing installation, repair and maintenance duties to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services across the site.
You will play a key role in delivering a reliable, compliant, and customer-focused service, supporting the effective running of operational and clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing installation, repair, maintenance and fault-finding across a variety of buildings and estates systems.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with statutory compliance and industry standards.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Work as part of a multi-skilled estates team, supporting colleagues as required.
• Accurately complete job records, documentation and compliance reports.
• Liaise with staff, contractors and service users in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Participate in the service's rota pattern as required, covering weekdays and weekends.
