Job Summary

Villacare Plus is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential villas across Dubai. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems in villas
• Carry out leak detection, pipe repairs, and replacement works
• Install and maintain water heaters, booster pumps, pressure vessels, and valves
• Handle sanitary fixtures including WC, wash basins, mixers, faucets, and showers
• Perform drain cleaning, blockage removal, and preventive maintenance
• Support installation of RO systems, water tanks, and filtration systems
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts
• Ensure proper slope, pressure, sealing, and finishing of works
• Follow Dubai Municipality regulations and company safety procedures
• Prepare basic service reports and update job status

Requirements & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience, preferably in villa maintenance
• Good knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC, HDPE, and GI piping systems
• Experience with hot & cold water systems
• Ability to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and outdoor areas

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• UAE driving license
• Experience in Dubai villa communities
• Knowledge of water-saving fixtures and pressure management
