Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role requires a solid understanding of plumbing systems, excellent mechanical knowledge, and the capability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Perform construction plumbing tasks on various job sites, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
• Conduct pipe threading and assembly for different types of piping materials.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction sites, including carpentry and HVAC professionals.
• Execute heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
• Provide maintenance person services as needed during remodeling projects or repairs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Experience in pipe threading and assembly processes is preferred.
• Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
