Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodeling to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems efficiently
• Perform welding and pipe threading tasks with precision to ensure leak-proof connections
• Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure
• Conduct inspections of plumbing work to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate project timelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing and working on construction sites
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and blueprints reading skills
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in physically demanding environments
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
• Familiarity with remodeling processes and handyman experience is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access transportation is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
