Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, fitting, soldering, welding, and assembly tasks
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, and other trades
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for pipe installation and system setup
• Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing systems comply with safety standards and building codes
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing or HVAC systems using schematic diagrams and technical manuals

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a focus on plumbing or related trades
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and pipe threading methods
• Skilled in welding, soldering, and working with various hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Experience in remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning
