Job Title: Commercial Service Plumber

Position Overview

BossTech Services is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. This role focuses on servicing and maintaining commercial facilities, diagnosing issues, and delivering high-quality solutions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
• Perform service calls for restaurants, retail centers, offices, and other commercial facilities
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear solutions to customers
• Install and repair fixtures, piping, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future system failures
• Communicate job status, findings, and recommendations clearly to customers and management
• Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and documentation
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
• Minimum 4 years of on-the-job plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial service plumbing
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Experience with drain cleaning and sewer systems
• Ability to upsell or identify additional service opportunities

Compensation

• $28–$38 per hour (based on experience and performance)
