CIS Plumber
Ashbury Homes, South Liverpool
£22 per hour CIS | Long term work | Immediate start

Fully qualified or time served plumber required for high quality residential new build projects across South Liverpool.

We deliver well finished housing, apartments and small commericial units and are looking for a dependable tradesperson who takes pride in their work and can maintain a consistently high standard.

Scope of works

• First and second fix plumbing
• Copper pipework installation using solder fittings
• Internal hot and cold water services
• Soil and waste installation
• Internal drainage
• Sanitaryware installation
• Testing and commissioning

Requirements

• Fully qualified or genuinely time served
• Strong residential new build experience
• Competent with copper pipework and solder fittings
• Able to read drawings and work independently
• Own tools and valid CIS status
• Gas certification not essential
• Good communication and reliability
