Competitive Salary – Up to £37,730 per annum, depending on experience
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Basic overtime rates for additional earnings

About the Job:

About the Role:

As a static M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites.

Responsibilities include:

Plumbing
Electrical PPMs
Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
Fault finding and general repairs
Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both plumbing and mechanical systems.

To be successful you will have::

Essential Requirements:

Proven plumbing experience
Valid UK driving licence
Proven experience in a similar facilities role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of health & safety protocols

Desirable Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing / Heating systems
F-Gas Certification
IOSH Working Safely qualification
Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience

Additional Information:

40-hour working week (Monday–Friday)
Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota
