Job Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose issues and provide effective repair or replacement solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a clean work environment
• Follow company procedures and adhere to all safety protocols
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required
• Assist other technicians as needed and perform additional tasks beyond those listed to support overall team operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
• Clean and valid driver’s license and driving record
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments
• Reliable, organized, and professional
