Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various residential sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, bathrooms and showers in residential settings
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and repairs
• Using hand tools, power tools and carpentry skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and performing preventative maintenance
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required to facilitate installations or repairs
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building codes
• Assisting in assembly tasks related to plumbing components or systems as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in plumbing or related mechanical trades is essential
• Experience fittings, bathrooms, kitchens, radiators and underfloor heating is necessary
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and carpentry skills is highly desirable
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, basic maths for measurements and calculations, and assembly procedures is required
• Driving licence is required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently is necessary
• Previous work involving installation or repair of complex plumbing systems will be considered an asset
