Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team! In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light commercial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, knowledge and expertise in drain cleaning processes , excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This position has an advancement opportunity to a field supervisor role.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Assemble and install plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform pipe threading and welding as necessary for system installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Perform drain cleaning
- Run cameras and line location. Leak detection is a plus
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues.
- Clearly communicate work orders and statuses
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a plumber
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Drain cleaning experience is required
- Pipe lining experience is a plus.
- Experience in water softener installation is a plus
- Ability to communicate with customers and sell additional services is a must
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluency in English language is required
- Clean Driving Record is required
- Potential candidates must reside within the county of San Diego
