About Us
Fuimus Services Ltd is a London-based building services and facilities management company operating across Greater London and the M25 commuter belt. We deliver a broad range of services to residential and commercial clients, including electrical contracting, planned and reactive maintenance, and property management. We are a growing business with a strong reputation for quality and professionalism, and we are looking to expand our trades team with an experienced plumber.
The Role
You will be carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing works across our client portfolio. Sites vary from high-specification residential blocks to commercial properties, so the ability to work across both sectors is important. You will be expected to work independently, represent the company professionally on site, and deliver a consistently high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
You will undertake fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of plumbing and drainage systems. You will install and commission domestic and commercial plumbing systems including pipework, sanitaryware, and associated equipment. You will service, maintain, and repair heat interface units across residential blocks, including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and commissioning. You will carry out PPM visits in line with planned schedules and complete job reports accurately and in a timely manner. You will liaise directly with clients and building managers as required.
Requirements
You will hold a recognised plumbing qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent. You will have demonstrable experience in both commercial and domestic environments. Proven experience working on heat interface units is required, including an understanding of HIU controls, heat exchangers, pressure regulation, and associated pipework. You will hold a valid UK driving licence. Experience with unvented hot water systems and a current G3 qualification is desirable. Previous experience working within a facilities management or property maintenance environment, particularly across residential apartment blocks with district or communal heating systems, is a strong advantage.
