Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems across various new build residential sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Use hand tools, power tools to complete tasks effectively.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing plumbing infrastructure and determine appropriate solutions.
• Assist with the assembly of plumbing components and related mechanical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or carpenters when necessary for complex projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in plumbing techniques along with mechanical knowledge relevant to the trade.
• Experience with welding, hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes.
• Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations related to installations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks.
• Valid driving licence
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
