Job Summary

Rocha Plumbing LLC is seeking experienced, dependable, and motivated plumbers to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial plumbing service, remodels, repairs, diagnostics, sewer and drain work, water heaters and new installations throughout the Bryan / College Station area.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, professional communication skills and experience working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, maintain a professional appearance, and understand the importance of customer service, efficiency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service work
• Work on water lines, sewer lines, gas lines, drains and water heaters
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing layouts
• Complete remodel and installation projects according to code requirements
• Perform camera inspections, drain cleaning, and general troubleshooting
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, invoices, and material records
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Participate in occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency service calls as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber or plumbing technician
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with service plumbing, remodels, and installations
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumbing License
• Experience with sewer/drain equipment and camera inspections
• Knowledge of water heaters, gas systems, and remodel plumbing
• HVAC or mechanical experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday work may be required
