Plumber

Unity Build & Repair are looking for a skilled plumber to join our team on a full time, employed basis.

We carry out property refurbishments and also manage a large portfolio of student and private rental properties across Plymouth.

As an experienced plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works to a consistently high standard across a variety of residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing installations.
• New bathroom installations
• Fitting of new central heating systems
• Install and repair pipework, fixtures, and heating systems.
• Work on kitchen and bathroom plumbing, including sinks, showers, and toilets.
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other trades to complete projects efficiently.

Experience & Requirements:

• Must have a Level 2 qualification in Plumbing.
• At least 3 years of experience in house renovations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems.
• Ability to work well in a team and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Must have own tools and transport.
