• Check the main pump and irrigation pump daily for proper functioning and report in case of any problem
• Repair Leakage, Damaged/ Broken pipes or sprinklers for Garden and common areas and checking the water hose
• To repair damages like repairing leak, W/C leak, Pipe leakage, Kitchen leak, etc, as and when requested by the resident.
• To check the drainage for any leak or clogging
• Cleaning of swimming pool as and when required.
• To check the proper functioning of motors.
• Maintain proper procedure and discipline when entering the work place
• Be presentable and wear proper uniform at all times.
• Coordinate with the subcontractor during routine check-ups and maintenance.
• To perform and submit daily checklist to the designated immediate supervisor
• Must have plumbing training from Technical Institute and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
• Must have ability to learn and acquire new skills related to Plumbing, knowledge of Pipes and water system
• Preferably have a basic Fire and Safety training
• Minimum 2 years actual work experience in the same capacity, preferably in Construction Industry/ Residential compounds
• Friendly and has good service orientation
• Maintains standards of conduct
• Honest and Trustworthy

Pay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
