Lucy and Phil Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber and Gas Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing installations, maintenance, repairs, and gas works across residential and commercial properties.

This role requires a professional individual with strong technical ability, excellent fault-finding skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in line with current regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipework, sanitaryware, and associated fixtures

Carry out gas installations, servicing, and maintenance works in accordance with Gas Safe regulations

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely

Install and maintain boilers, heating systems, cylinders, and associated components

Carry out reactive maintenance and planned works across multiple sites

Complete works in accordance with health and safety procedures and company standards

Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively

Maintain accurate job records and communicate professionally with clients and management

Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and presentable upon completion

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification

Valid Gas Safe Registration or equivalent recognised gas qualification

Proven experience in plumbing and gas installation within residential and commercial environments

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, heating systems, and gas safety regulations

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Full UK driving licence preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable, professional, and safety conscious approach to work

Desirable Skills

Experience in facilities management or property maintenance environments

Experience with fault finding and reactive maintenance

Knowledge of health and safety compliance procedures

Multi trade experience advantageous

Pay: £25,337.88-£45,600.42 per year
