Plumber Apprentice

Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman plumbers in assembling, installing, and repairing plumbing systems
- Learn and apply knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes
- Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a related field such as construction, carpentry, or mechanical work is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe usage
- Basic understanding of plumbing principles and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers

Skills:
- Ability to assemble, build, and install plumbing systems
- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, drilling, and fastening
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing equipment
- Field service experience to work on-site at various locations
- Carpentry skills for framing and installing pipes
- Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials
- Ability to maintain plumbing systems for optimal performance

Note: This is an apprenticeship position where you will receive on-the-job training from experienced plumbers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
