We are looking for an experienced positive Plumber / Heating Engineer to join our growing construction team here at Benjamin Henry Ltd.

This is not a “one-trade” role, you’ll be working across full residential projects alongside a skilled team, delivering high-quality plumbing and heating installations while also being involved in wider construction works where required.

Role includes:

• Installation of domestic plumbing systems (1st & 2nd fix)
• Central heating systems (wet side)
• Underfloor heating installations
• Cylinder and plant room installations
• Air source and ground source heat pump systems (installation/support)
• General pipework and drainage
• Supporting wider site activities alongside the construction team

Requirements:

• Strong experience across most aspects of plumbing and heating
• Confident with underfloor heating and central heating systems
• Experience with cylinders, plant rooms, and heating systems
• Exposure to renewables (air/ground source heat pumps) preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Gas / Qualifications:

• Gas Safe / ACS qualifications preferred but not essential
• Opportunity to gain qualifications as the role and business develops

Additional:

• Occasional emergency call-outs (rare), paid at enhanced rates (double time with minimum call-out paid)
• Standard rates apply for remedial works relating to previous installations
