Plumber Helper – Fiberglass Pool Installation

Luxury Pools and Living is looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team at our pool stock yard. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on plumbing fiberglass pool shells, operating equipment, and supporting daily yard operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with plumbing fiberglass pool shells (equipment sets, basic plumbing layouts, glue-ups, etc.)
• Operate a rough terrain forklift to move and stage pool shells and materials
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing pool shells
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the yard
• Support installation and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently

Position Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or mechanical work preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop
• Basic hand tools and cordless combo kit
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to be covered under company insurance
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions

Hands-On Experience With (Preferred)

• Basic plumbing (PVC layout, glue-ups, fittings)
• General mechanical tasks and troubleshooting
• Operating equipment (rough terrain forklift experience is a major plus)
• Basic carpentry or construction knowledge
