Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, or Plumbing Technician to join our growing team for villa, fit-out, landscaping, and maintenance projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in plumbing maintenance, villa plumbing works, fit-out projects, and water supply and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in villas, buildings, and fit-out projects.
• Carry out water supply, drainage, sanitary, and piping installation works.
• Perform preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance activities.
• Diagnose plumbing faults, leakages, blockages, and carry out effective repairs.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, technical documents, and site instructions.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other MEP trades.
• Handle villa plumbing works, building maintenance, and fit-out plumbing installations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Follow Dubai authority regulations, site safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Ensure all plumbing works comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, Plumbing Technician, MEP Technician, or Building Plumber.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred.
• Experience in villa projects, maintenance works, and fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage systems, water supply networks, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with plumbing safety standards and site practices.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
