PLUMBER REQUIRED

REPORTS TO: M&P Supervisor / Senior Plumber

JOB SUMMARY:

The Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitation system for commercial facilities. The role to ensure systems operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with applicable standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Install, inspect, repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures and appliances.

· Read and interpret drawing

· Read specification

· Diagnose plumbing issues such as leak and pressure issues.

· Perform preventive maintenance (Pump, Pipe, Fittings, Valve, water Heaters and others)

· Perform corrective maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with industrial code and standards

· Respond to plumbing emergency technical issues

· Prepare month report

SKILLS & COMPTETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Good oral and written English communication.

· Strong knowledge of plumbing systems

· Strong knowledge in material identification.

· Ability to work under pressure

· Physical ability to lift material

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

· Have a Diploma in Mechanical.

A minimum 3 years’ experience in plumbing maintenance preferable in commercial residential complex, hotel and hospital.
