Location: Site based covering Dorset and Somerset region. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

• Previous experience working as a dedicated domestic Plumber including but not limited to; replacing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps. repairs of watermains supplies, soil stacks and drainage, ideally within social housing, tenanted properties.
• Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
• Responsive repairs call out on domestic properties- assessment of works required, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs.
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily, you will be trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
• Following Novus exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
• A Full UK Driving licence is essential.
• This role requires a DBS check.
