We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Diagnose plumbing issues by inspecting systems and reading schematics or blueprints to identify root causes of problems.Drain Cleaning ,
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related equipment in commercial and residential environments
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform remodeling and remodeling-related plumbing work to upgrade or replace existing systems
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installations
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or service locations
• Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications codes.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements, material estimates, and system layouts
• Maintain detailed records of service work performed, parts used, and system conditions for each job Tablet supplied

Skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems including construction plumbing and HVAC integration
• Experience with welding techniques relevant to pipe fabrication and repair
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and schematics reading
• Construction site experience with remodeling, assembly, carpentry, and handyman tasks
• Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of system schematics and blueprints
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics
• Valid commercial driving license preferred for transporting tools or materials between sites
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installation or repairs
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and OSHA standards
