Plumber Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment on construction sites and commercial facilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks to ensure secure connections and compliance with safety standards
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures
• Assist with remodeling projects by integrating plumbing components into existing structures with precision
• Operate heavy lifting equipment and perform manual labor involving heavy lifting to transport materials safely
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics, technical reports, and project logs

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices within commercial or industrial settings
• Proficiency in welding techniques and pipe threading for durable pipe connections
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and general plumbing principles
• Skilled in using hand tools (wrenches, pliers) and power tools safely and effectively
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning
• Familiarity with carpentry, remodeling, assembly work, and handyman tasks is a plus
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to operate vehicles required for site transportation when necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
