Plumber Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic construction & restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing operations are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics
• Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs
• Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks necessary for secure plumbing connections in commercial and residential settings
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
• Utilize carpentry skills for framing or supporting plumbing fixtures during installation or remodeling projects
• Collaborate with team members to assemble plumbing components, HVAC systems, and related mechanical parts
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and ability to operate heavy machinery responsibly
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus
• Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and working in various environmental conditions
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access or material transport
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous for versatile project support

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
