Job Title: Plumber Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.

Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.

Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other faults.

Install and repair pipes, valves, pumps, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing layouts.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.

Test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations.

Respond to emergency plumbing repairs as needed.

Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Follow workplace safety procedures and local plumbing codes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Vocational training or certification in plumbing preferred.

Proven experience as a plumber or plumbing technician.

Knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces.

Valid driver's license may be required.
