Plumber Technician and helpers

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and possess the ability to work on various plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and problem-solving skills to ensure that all plumbing installations and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Perform pipe threading and assembly for new installations or repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure plumbing work aligns with overall project goals.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working in construction environments.
• Provide maintenance person services as needed, including carpentry and remodeling tasks.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
• Experience working on construction sites with the ability to navigate various job environments.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial but not required.
• A valid commercial driving license is preferred for transporting materials as needed.
• Previous maintenance person experience or involvement in assembly tasks is advantageous.
