Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our growing Mechanical & Electrical business. This role will involve a mix of reactive repairs, planned maintenance (PPM), and installation works across residential, commercial, and facilities management environments.
You will be working across a varied portfolio including occupied buildings, new-build developments, refurbishments, care environments, commercial premises, and managed properties. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works to a high standard, and can operate independently while representing the company professionally on site.

Role duties
- Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, diagnostics, and fault-finding
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
- Installation of plumbing systems including hot & cold water services, sanitaryware, pipework, and drainage
- Plumbing works associated with heating systems where required
- Leak detection, repairs, renewals, and alterations
- Work across commercial and residential sites, including occupied premises
- Ensure all works are completed in line with current health & safety legislation and best practice
- Accuratelyreport works using a PDA/mobile system
- Liaise professionally with clients, site teams, and building occupants
- Participate in out-of-hours work, overtime, and call-outs when required
What we need from you
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (preferred / ideal)
(Strong NVQ Level 2 candidates with relevant experience will still be considered)
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and installation
- Ability to manage your workload and work independently
- Good understanding of plumbing regulations and safe working practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexible, positive attitude towards varied work and environments
- Experience within FM, commercial, or multi-site roles is advantageous
- Exposure to heating systems is desirable but not essential
