Plumber/HVAC Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber/HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service in construction, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems. Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances across residential, commercial, and industrial properties
  • Service and troubleshoot HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment (including ammonia refrigeration), and ventilation systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions
  • Perform equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other mechanical instruments; ensure all repairs meet safety standards
  • Conduct property maintenance tasks including appliance repair, air conditioning servicing, boiler adjustments, and general mechanical upkeep
  • Operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely for field service visits; transport equipment and parts efficiently between sites
  • Document all service activities thoroughly through reports and logs; communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding work progress

Experience

  • Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or HVAC installation or maintenance
  • Service technician experience working with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems in commercial or residential settings
  • Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans for accurate troubleshooting and installation
  • Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration systems—including ammonia refrigeration—and boiler operation is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with appliance repair, property maintenance tasks, welding techniques, and equipment repair methods
  • Field service background demonstrating the ability to work independently in diverse environments
  • Valid <PERSON> driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to navigate efficiently between job sites
