Plumber/Maintenance

We are looking for a skilled Plumber cum Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for plumbing work and general maintenance activities. The candidate should be able to handle day-to-day repair, installation, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance (pipes, taps, toilets, water tanks, drainage, etc.) Identify and fix leakages, blockages, and water supply issues Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems Handle basic electrical, civil, and general maintenance work when required Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly Respond quickly to maintenance complaints and emergencies Ensure safety standards are followed during work Keep records of maintenance and repair work Skills & Requirements: Experience as a plumber or maintenance technician Knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, and materials Basic knowledge of electrical and civil maintenance is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and ready for on-site work Honest, responsible, and punctual Qualification: ITI / Trade Certificate preferred (not mandatory) Relevant work experience required Experience: 1–3 years (can be flexible for skilled candidates) Working Hours: As per company/site requirement

5 days working, sat- sun off Salary: As per experience and skill level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,920.86 per month
