D&S Plumbing is seeking an experienced and reliable plumber to join our team for an ongoing social housing bathroom refurbishment contract in Milton Keynes. This is a subcontract role paid on a per-bathroom basis, offering consistent, long-term work.

Scope of Work Includes:

• Full rip-out of existing bathrooms
• Installation of new bathroom suites (bath, toilet, basin)
• Installation of new plywood flooring
• Framing and fitting bath panels
• Installation of aqua panelling to bath areas and basin splashbacks
• Installation of electric showers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full bathroom installations
• Valid CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness certificate
• Face Fit certificate
• Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard
• Own tools and transport
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
