Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to remodeling initiatives, contributing to the creation of functional and efficient spaces.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine plumbing layouts and specifications
• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing installations within project timelines
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy lifting tasks and working at heights or confined spaces
• Assist with remodeling projects by removing old fixtures and installing new plumbing components as needed

Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems and HVAC integration
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Experience with welding, pipe threading, and assembly of plumbing components
• Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, pliers) and power tools (drills, saws) used in construction settings
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Previous experience in remodeling or handyman work is a plus
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving preferred
• Basic carpentry skills for framing or supporting structures related to plumbing installations
