Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers, Electricians, and Mates to join our team in Poole. This role involves working on a large new development, requiring hands-on experience with installation. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all tasks. Both experienced tradespeople and enthusiastic Mates eager to develop their skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Installing plumbing and electrical systems in commercial settings
• Using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Assisting with assembly and fitting of mechanical components as required
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and adhere to health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to plumbing and electrical work
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings or plans
• Experience in welding is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is valued
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
