WE ARE HIRING – Fire Fighting & Plumbing Site Engineer

Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Salary: upto 40k.

Required Software Skills:
-Revit MEP (2018 and above)
-AutoCAD (2018 and above)
-MS Office
-Pipe Sizer

Eligibility & Job Requirements:

-Minimum 7 years of site experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting system modeling using Revit MEP in commercial buildings
-Experience with sprinkler systems, fire pump systems, and installation/testing of firefighting systems
-Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, fire pipe sizing, and pump head calculation
-Familiar with NFPA, NBC standards
-Skilled in preparing MEP coordination layouts and BOQs
-Ability to inspect, identify, and rectify piping system issues
-Experience in invoicing, procurement coordination, and handover documentation
-Proficient in monitoring site execution, ensuring safety compliance, and budget/time control
-SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
