Plumbing Apprentice

```Duties:```
- Assist journeyman plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for plumbing installations
- Assist with the installation of pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures
- Perform pipe threading and cutting using appropriate tools
- Assist with the assembly and installation of plumbing systems in new construction projects
- Learn to troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues under the guidance of experienced plumbers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Skills:```
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with plumbing systems
- Proficiency in pipe threading and cutting techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in plumbing work
- Basic understanding of construction plumbing principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics for plumbing installations
- Experience using power tools for plumbing tasks is a plus
- Basic welding skills are desirable but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
- Ability to perform field service work as needed
